Summer 1999

The caos-band “kill all people” was formed by Daniel Haltermann (guitar) and Markus (drums).

November 1999

The first song was written and the band is now called: ASSUMPTION OF MIGHT.

January 2000

Christian joins the band on bass and vocals.

Summer 2001

There are regular rehearsels at last. The “Alpha” demo was recorded but never released.

27.10. 2001

- First gig at the “Borkener Metal Night” in the Jugendhaus Borken still in the old line up.

- Daniel Haltermann leaves the band about career-reasons. Tim (guitar) and Dirk (bass) join the band.

- Chrisitan change the instrument and is now playing guitar.

August 2002

- Dirk leaves the band.

- First “away match”: 17. August 2002 as a support from “Decapitation” in the “Globe” in Hagen.

- Michael (bass) joins the band.

5.12.2003

Release of the first demo “Enter The Gate” 

April 2004

Tim takes over some parts of the vocals from now on.

October 2004

- Michael has to leave the band cause of personal reasons.

- Daniel Heyn (bass) joins the band and takes over some parts of the vocals.

2004 and 2005

Assumption Of Might are playing a lot of successful gigs in germany, but in the end of 2005 they decide to disband the band.

The main reasons for the split were changes in the interests of some bandmembers during the years. We are still planning to release a last album soon...
